OK this about a Pichu who makes friends and they all are in the Hoenn region... for now...
PROLOGUE
On the shore of Lilycove, a Raichu layed an egg. It cared for the egg very much. Then, one day, the egg fell into the ocean and a Carvahna put it in its mouth. The raichu got really angry and started zapping the water with Thunder. The carvahna swam to Shoal Cave. Just then, the egg started to hatch. The carvahna spit the egg out onto the shore, and it rolled into the cave. The egg then hatched, and a male Pichu came out. The pichu looked around. Then, a Spheal came up to it.
