I think you posted this in the wrong spot,isn't supposed to go in other clubs,anyways i think i'll join.

Oi! So er, what types of Brie have you eaten and seen? I've seen mushrom, herb, garlic and the brie de meaux stuff. My favorite one is Herb Brie. Ilike eating cheese with those bread-cracker looking things. Its like small bread but its very crispy.

I prefer Camembert to Brie, but both are nice. I'm a bit of a cheese fan myself, although it's hard to get decent cheese that doesn't use dead animal produce for the rennet (I'm vegetarian)
