The Daycare

Almost each and every Pokémon titles they had released in the past contained at least one Daycare Center.

We get to take and drop our Pokémon from and to these places, and with latter not requiring any sort of price charge. As for former, it doesn't force us to pay any money when we pick our Pokémon up soon after delivering, but if they reach a new level while they're at Daycare, we'd need to give around $100, and $100 extra for each additional level.

What are our thoughts on Daycare--do we have tendency to drop our Pokémon here? If so, how much are we enjoying it? If not, why don't we find ourselves using Daycare system? If we were to change anything about this feature, what would it be and why?

I use it more than I care for sometimes. I've probably given the Day Care people enough money for them to buy a mansion and roll around in the leftover money....

Almost never use it for leveling though. Always for breeding.

I rarely put my pokemon there and I don't tend to breed so much probably they gonna randmoly remove a move after a pokemon reach it's level.

Unless I was playing on an emulator with super-speed access (which I can often just train in), I probably wouldn't bother with the Daycare for leveling most of the time - usually just breeding. But sometimes Nuzlockers find it cheap, although I don't agree because it's pretty slow.

I used Route 5 for leveling once or twice in FireRed, because it was my first Poke'mon game and I didn't know how anything worked. Today, I avoid the Day Care because it gave me a Bad Egg once and it's replicating. O_O

Never used the Day Care again until B/W, when I used it exclusively for breeding.

In Alpha Sapphire, I just leave a Ditto in there permanently for convenience. I've used it for leveling twice: Shedinja (to Lv. 41) and Froakie (to Lv. 15, after which point I evolved it personally). In both cases, I left the Ditto and Wonder Traded any and all offspring for more useful Poke'mon.

Yeah I use daycare just for breeding, the AI never gives clever moves when a 'mon levels up in there.

I don't put my Pokemons in daycare center as it is costly(when a Pokemon goes to once level it costs $100).I tend to believe in Pokemons are raised by me not by others.

I'd like an option for my pokemon to not learn new moves and forget all their awesome egg moves. I always wonder how the old couple keep "mysteriously" finding eggs and never putting two and two together. With the kids at the Battle Resort I can understand that their too young to understand, but are the old couple so old they forgot where eggs come from? Are they going to start giving players other trainers eggs and pokemon at some point? "This pokemon was left here and abandoned by its trainer. Will you take it?"

eh, on the previous pokemon games all I would use is the daycare but I've strayed away from it since then. i hate how my pokemon learns all of these new suckish moves and afterward i can't be bothered to find the move deleter dude or that other person who helps remember the old moves.

The daycare is too amazing. Really is. 8D I quickly drop off my Ditto there as soon as I'm able and use it often to breed good babies - most of my playtime post-story is spent breeding nice Pokemon to put onto my team. Luckily I have a very nice 6IV Japanese Ditto to use which helps out a lot with the masuda method when I'm up for that.

As far as using the daycare for leveling up goes, it's not something I do. All of my main party members are kept with my and trained manually. It's solely for breeding in my eyes.

I use the Daycare only for breeding. Training goes slow in there, especially when you already are post-game. At that point you don't walk around that much any more. I have no problem with giving them a little money (although that would be a lot by now because of a lot breeding), because I practically have an infinite amount of money.
