So, it's official, they're making a film. It's gonna be released in 2010 in Japan. Does anybody have any information on it? I just found out and would like to know a bit more. I'm incredibly excited.

It's good that it's gonna be animated, but as a film? I wonder... how long it will be.

Seeing as how this arc was the most anticipated when the second season was announced, I'm hoping it'll make up for what was a lackluster season, even ignoring Endless Eight =/

From what I've gathered from Wikipedia, the story continues from the Bamboo Leaf Rhapsody episode. One day, Haruhi goes bye bye; Ryoko and Yukiare humans with no special powers, and Mikuru doesn't know about Kyon. The only thing that Kyon still has from the "normal timeline" was the bookmark Yuki gave him.
