    So Christmas(/what ever December holiday that you celebrete where gifts are exchanged) is only a few weeks away and everybody loves recieving gifts but hate giving them. Still we already have lots of junk. So some people like to just grab some of their own junk that is still in good condition and just add a bow. Tada. Giving a gift/item you-have-that-you-don't-use to somebody else and nobody knows the wiser.

    Have you gave a gift to somebody that you spent no money by just giving some old junk that you have to somebody else for Christmas? The gift that keeps being given.

    Um...this face panting set we somehow kept on getting back.

    & Still keeps going

    Yeah, I've done that a few times XP I always keep my CD cases and I forgot to get my friend a gift so I put one of my CD's back in it's case and gave it to her. When she asked why there wasn't any plastic wrap on it, I told her it was because it would take her forever to open, so I just did it for her =D

    Well, you know, as they say "One person's junk is another person's treasure!" Well, that's probably not how it goes, but it's pretty darn close, k? >:o

    Anyway, if the occasion is really that important to me {like Christmas, friends/family birthdays, etc.} then I will purchase my own gifts for people. :3 It makes me feel good. I actually like shopping for other people better than I like shopping for myself, especially around Christmas time. <3!

    No, I never have.

    I don't give people gifts =P

    I would have liked to avoid the holiday altogether, but the music at work proves prohibitive and I have three younger siblings. I don't buy anything, and I don't request more than three specific items. In fact, I'd just buy my own things if need be.

    I don't re-gift; if I don't want something, I just keep it XD;;
    Besides, it's a little tacky, don't you think? o_O

    ...but then again, I don't buy gifts. XD;;

    Well...I don't give presents unless..parent-bought-for-you-to-give-others presents count XD To tell teh truth I don't give presents only candy and cards O.O;;

    I never regift gifts o.0
    It seems horrible...someone who spent their time and money to give you something, and you use it to your own cheap advantage to give it to someone else? It's against my morals, really. It's the thought that counts, not how much you liked that gift.

    Same with old stuff of mine. I'll give something of mine to my brothers because they always want something of mine, but if they don't ask for mine, then I'll just buy them what I have too. I don't like being that cheap.

    Well not exactly. Like if I recieved a present for my birthday, and I hated it, then I would save it and never open it and keep it safe. Then when Christmas rolls around, I will rap it and give it to one of my other friends. So basically yes, but no.

    I have done it before kind of. I got this gift from something last year and it was cheap callonge. Yeah. I don't really use that junk so I just rewarped it and tada. One less present to buy. Still that was a one time thing.

    My family, sometimes, receives too many cookies, cakes, and wines to count. Oh, and chocolate.

    So my parents give them out to other people, and I'm pretty sure they give it out to others, etc etc. And I'm also pretty sure the gifts given to us were re-gifted before...

    I never regift, I always keep all of my stuuf, especially if it's a gift.

    Money is the best gift, it's not very thoughtful but if you give money then they could buy whatever they want.

    Does money count?
