    I has a Cissy Fan Club on Pok?community last year, but it eventually died. I've decided to start it up again. Anyway, Cissy is the leader of the Mikan Island Gym and one of the Orange Island Gym Leaders. Her Pok?mon are Seadra and Blastoise. Nothing else to say. Just remember these rules:

    1. If you join, you must post often.
    2. No flaming or saying bad things about Cissy.
    3. Post fan art of Cissy. No Hentei, however.

    Cissy was always my favorite OI GL. She just had something about her....this *I don't take crap* attitude.

    Plus...Seadra and Blastoise are her pokemon, so how could you NOT like her?! ^^

    I happen to like the first image better, it seems more true to life. So, how were these images made? It looks like an odd mix of paint and photoshop.
     
    I think it is. o___o I remember Gilbertman saying something about drawing in paint and sprucing it up in Photoshop or something. >__>
     
    Here's something I thought up for Cissy! A Gym Battle team! Basically, they're the same two Pok?mon she used in the anime, but as you notice, I set up a rematch plan similar to the Gym Leaders in Pok?mon Emerald! What do you think of this?
