    so yeah, this is the golden sun fanclub. in this fanclub you can talk about anything and everything related to the gba games "golden sun" and "golden sun: the lost age", aswell as the new sequal which will be released for the DS in 2010.​

    for those of you who are unaware of the golden sun [soon to be] trilogy, it starts off with a young earth adept named isaac in the small town of vale. in this town lay the four magical jewels, also known as the elemental stars, which are hidden in the shrine of mt. aleph. isaac is joined by his good friends garet and jenna [both fire adepts], along with a scholar named kraden, to go atop mt. aleph for some research. but instead of writing a novel on how the plot plays out, i'll just say that things take a turn for the worse.....​

    they are both very fun and addicting games, nonetheless.
    if you want to know more about both games and their plot, wikipedia is your friend.
    but i WILL go ahead and list all of the main characters:​

    RULES:
    1. do not spam. all discussion here must strictly be related to the games.
    2. have respect for others. respect what everyone else has to say, and if you REALLY have a problem, then pm me.
    3. for the most part, use spoiler tags. this is for the people who haven't played the game or are currently playing it now, as for any news/pics/etc. on the new ds game.
    4. do NOT hate on any of the characters. nobody cares whether or not you think one adept is better or cooler than the other; they should all be treated equally, as should all members.
    5. if posting anything fanfiction-y, please use a spoiler or a 13+ cut.
    6. all the rules of the pokecommunity apply, but you should know that by now.​

    I would like to join. :3

    Though I'm still a noob when it comes to the Golden Sun series, I quite enjoyed the first game so far. Not to mention that it has kept me hooked for quite some time. 8D

    My favourite character? Meh, I don't know... =/ I like the main characters, Isaac, Ivan, Mia and Gareth (possible Isaac and Mia, the most)...
    I have a thing for main characters, now and then. XD
    I can tell that Gareth is the stereotypical hot-head.
    Isaac is a well-rounded main character, nice, helpful, but not too goody-goody.
    Mia is awesome because she's a strong female. 8D And Ivan is just cute. XD

    But I can't really say anything about those from the next GS games, because I have yet to get to know them. D=

    As for what kind of Adept I'd like to be...
    I'd go with Earth, though I really like all of the Djinns. DX Earth is most likely my element~ :3

    No, not yet. But I hope soon. XD
    School is keeping me busy, and when I home I feel like doing other things. >_> I will play some more today, I think.

    Definitely a must join, I have enjoyed Golden Sun so much and it really was the one game that had sticks out to me the most out of everything else I've played.

    Though I hope I'm not the only one who enjoyed the first game more than the second in its trilogy. >_> Needless to say, I'm hyped for GSDS.
     
    I FINISHED IT. 8D I finished the First Golden Sun Game. 8D
    I was kinda expecting the Fusion Dragon to be stronger... I don't know, but it was fairly easy compared to the previous Menardi and Saturos battle... 4 Djinn-combo's are extremly effective. o_O

    To summarize my game play experience: Golden Sun is a great game. With very nice characters and a very decent story line. The addition of the Djinn(i) is a great invention, but it makes it sometimes complicated to remember what combination of elements triggers which set of attacks. XD
    The story line far from complete, but I hope the Lost Age makes up for it. 8D
    Well, I'm looking forward to GSDS (and LA of course) count me in in the fandom. 8D
    It goes on my Great Games list along with TLOZ, FE and Ôkami. (v'')v

    Oh, but I seem to have a problem. I haven't got the 3 passwords you mentioned earlier, Michele... Do you normally automatically get them, or is it that it won't work with a rom? D:

    EDIT: Never mind, found it... What is best though? Using the password to transfer data, or starting all over again?
    PFFF... 6 pages of password. O_O
