I think that is true, I had to think for a moment about what the very last legendary I caught was, but I believe they were the regis in Emerald, and I did use ultra balls to get them.

Tpbm only has online friends they can watch, battle, trade or talk pokemon with, none of their offline friends are interested in the series.
