Floatzel's special attack is just high enough to make it okay as a mixed attacker at 85. Plus it has access to ice punch, ice beam, crunch, and even bulk up.

Cherubi is a cute and unique pokemon for sure, but that is all it has going for it. Hard to find and doesn't have much to its name until it evolves. I really have no opinion on it and I will admit I will go either way with this pokemon.
