3rd Gen The Sevii islands

i remeber in emrald i could get to them..but i forgot how. are they in it? becuase i remeber meeting the ice trainer from the elite 4 and a ice cave and other stuff, i comlpletely forgot how to get there so can somebody please tell me how to get there? thanks

Ummmm, no. You cannot get to the Sevii Islands. You are mistaken. Lorelei is the trainer that uses Ice-types in FRLG and Glacia is the one in RSE.
