Well I really like the idea of this. I am a DBZ fan so I will keep track of this. But here are some suggestions...
1) Try to find some better backgrounds....
2) Better Dialoge Boxes. (Try to get the text in there better and shape them better.)

Hah! I liked it! The background is fine to me... just when they blow smething up... make a hole in the ground or something. They do blow things up a lot don't they? Well, I'm a DBZ fan so I can't wait for more. And I give it a 6.9/10 just to be different.
