    what things in pokemon make you genuinely laugh?

    there are a few things for me, one of them is the expressions on Brock's face when Croagunk poison jabs him and the second is this quote taken from ep 009 "school of hard knocks"

    Misty: Hey, if she's making your life so miserable, how come you're carrying her picture around?
    Joe: I hate the way she treats us, but I like the way she looks.
    Ash: Yeah, and not like some other girls who treat you bad and look even worse.

    and also this, i cant remember the ep but it was one of the first few

    Ash: Hey, get out of there! (Rattata runs away from his backpack.)
    Pokédex: A forest Pokémon - Rattata. It likes cheese, nuts, fruits, and berries.
    Ash: Yeah, but this isn't a forest, it's an open field.
    Pokédex: It also comes out in open fields to steal food from stupid travelers.
    Ash: So does that mean I'm stupid?

    I just copied what I wrote in the Team Rocket Fan Club, yea.

    In The Kecleon Caper, there was one part where the Kecleon are throwing back and forth packages, one a first aid kit, and one with a bunch of jewels in it (which JJ&M were trying to steal). So they were all confused and didn't know which Kecleon had the box they wanted. It went:

    Meowth: Now I can't tell which one has what.
    Jessie: I know, I'm totally confused too.
    James: Watch me! I'll take a bottle cap and place it in the palm of my hand.

    So he switches it around just like the Kecleon did and says:

    James: There, do you think you can tell me which hand the bottle cap is in now?
    *silence*
    James: It's difficult to tell isn't it?
    Jessie: How does that help us find the jewel box, James?!
    James: I don't know! It's just a trick my grandpa showed me!

    It was so random and obviously was NO help at all, I found it hilarious. :laugh:

    I laugh out loud at a lot of the things TR says/does.
     
    Hahahaha those are all really great moments... I can think of a couple of things. For one, I love Gliscor. Ash's Gliscor (and all its forms) make me laugh. It has more personality than all his other pokemon combined.

    Second, Meowth broke the 4th wall in an episode recent-ish and for some reason that cracked me up.

    Third- this comes from "All That Glitters is Not Golden" where Team Rocket is trying to catch a Golden Sudowoodo:

    Sudowoodo: Sudo! Sudowoodo! Sudo!
    James: What kind of Sudo-mumbo-jumbo is that?
    Jessie: Translation, please?
    Meowth: "This weather sure tastes good today. May I please have some more?"
     
    From the school oh hard knocks ( i have it on video and i just watched it)

    Jessie and james: we got the lowest scores in the history of the school!!
    Meowth: you should look on the bright side
    jassie and james: ( in quiet voices) whats the bright side?
    Meowth: you guys were the top of the bottom!
    Jessie and james: (praising meowth) (hugging meowth)
    Meowth: (thinking)there two are worse of than i thought! i liked it better when the were nasty!
     
    Brock, generally. Every time he flirts and is rejected/Poison Jabbed. Ash's naivety/stupidity, too.

    If we're going in for specific examples, the episode where Mismagius puts Ash, Brock and Dawn to sleep and Brock dreams of Joy and Jenny liking him. Everyone's reaction at the moment where Joy admits it makes me crack up.

    Lots of Team Rocket moments make me laugh. They're great comic relief. =3

    Team Rocket are the best. I think I made a thread about Jessie's Laugh. I think it is so funny! Haha.
    I laughed with victreebell but with the others now like cacnea, Carnivine it's died down for me after the three previous Gens
     
    i laughed when ash cried in movie, just because he can cry whenever he wants, he cried in almost all movies even though there's nothing that big for him to cry and he did the same expression in all movies
     
    Oh I just remembered something else that makes me laugh! A lot of times when Team Rocket disgusies their pokemon. For example, when Meowth was Sunflora, and especially when Carnivine was wearing a robber mask in "Lean Mean Team Rocket Machine".
     
    My first thought is that scene in that movie with the Pokemon Ranger and the Manaphy (descriptive, no? I just fail at remembering movie numbers/titles) where Jessie, James, and Meowth switch bodies. I laughed out loud. I also snickered when the Phantom got hit with one of those juggling balls and Jackie made that amused face. I wasn't that into the movie, but there were amusing parts, and I guess it kept me entertained enough.

    I also loved the earlier episodes where Ash was a complete idiot and said/did the funniest things.

    Ash: "Magnemite is following Pikachu around almost as if it's a streaker or something."

    Misty *embarrassed*: "uh....XD"

    Brock *blushing*: "Ash, you mean a stalker." LOLZ

    DP episode where Brock gets attacked by Bellossom and Croagunk. It was funny.

    I also like seeing Gible bite Ash's head like how Victreebel did to James back in the day.

    . Can u please tell me the name of that episode? That, I need to see. I agree with everything you said. I don't really know why, but I think how James has that rose and smells it/puts it in his mouth is really funny. Kind of a running joke. And when someone has a stupid moment.
     
    Piplup in Giratina and the Sky Warrior was really funny. After he went through the portal and back to the real world, he tried to fly and fell on everyone else. I also laughed when Shaymin thought Zero was going to eat him.
     
    I always laugh when Team Rocket gets thrust into the sky. It's kind of a traditional laugh ^_^

    That episode is called Sparks Fly For Magnemite.
     
    I can't remember it exactly, but James was telling a sad story or something and he was like

    "It was like a bad made for TV movie! D8"

    Ha ha ha! I like it when Team Rocket puts on disguises and Ash and his friends are all too stupid to realize that they're really Team Rocket! I wouldn't like it if they made Ash smart...
