I like HP Ghost over Brick Break and I have to disagree with Orangeknows about Facade. Facade is too situational and Guts sometimes does not compensate status moves.

I would rather max his HP, than raising both defences. That way you can focus more on attack. Give him Sticky Goo instead of Stench, as sometimes people might want to stal your item

Sub is nice if you predict a switch. Bellyzard is hard to use as he may be killed just after using Belly Drum, thus the reason for Sub if you predict a switch.

also you wasted 3 Evs in your Clefables defense stat

leave the speed on Electrode, it will mess with Rev/flail'ers
