3rd Gen time glitch sapphire

    Iv'e tried the following things to correct the time/berry glitch in sapphire and nothing has worked.

    trade pokemon from fr/lg
    trade pokemon from colloseum
    get berry upgrade form jirachi bonus disc(error occurs)
    get berry upgrade from fr/lg (error occors also)

    Does nintendo still fix the cartridges if you send them in?
