[Other] Title Screen Palette Issues

    when i change the palette in APE from black to yellow it only changes the beginning, though on the palette viewer it says it stays in the same spot. There isn't documentation on this and I was just wondering if anyone had a fix. Thanks!

    I need to make it so that circled palette stays yellow consistently.
