.tk (free) is a re-direct service like cjb.net or whatever.. and so what it's free so put up with the banner / pop-up ads. It's not much to ask for..

Shadow: I'd hella complain too.. and are you sure it's your ISP and not your browser/firewall/whatever settings? ISP's don't normally block domains..

It is my ISP. I have contacted everyone I know who has Roadrunner and it blocks it for them too. I have no firewall/pop-up blocker (beyond Mozilla Firefox). I have sent them an e-mail but I get an automated response saying they don't block sites (though no one using Roadrunner I know can see .tk-using sites through the .tk address).
