Well, in 3 hours I will be at Gamestop surrounded by lots of kids to play Pokemon ;D Should be a good time.
Even though I've got a great team, I'm still praying that I don't face the same harsh realization that I did once while at a Pokemon card tournament (wound up getting beaten by a 6-year old with Ho-oh). At any rate, I have faith in my EV-trained team and am looking forward to seeing what my team of half underused, half standard team can do. Honestly, I'm expecting going up against tons of Dialgas, Palkias, Rayquazas and all that... hopefully none of them understand what "EV" means rofl.
At the Gamestop I am playing at, they are using the standard Nintendo format as given to them through the Tournament flyer. It is:
2v2 Level 50 All
4 Pokes
No clauses (items, pokes, sleep, freeze, etc)
Single elimination

Great 2v2 team, rushes with Electrode Mirror Coating first turn for hopes of a OHKO vs any Uber, Gardevoir assists with Hypnosis/Double Team. Later, depending on Poke Selection, Glaceon enters for Icy Wind to knock back speed and then Manaphy sweeps the field with a 3 Tail Glow Surf.
Takes a bit of practice, but I can pull this off with high efficiency now.
Blastoise and Milotic are optional entrants, due to enemy Pokemon selection. Blastoise would come in for a last resort Hydro Cannon with Toxic as assistance, and Milotic is my standard tank.
