    I got this idea from the video game one. It made me curious, so I thought I'd see what our top five favorite bands are right now. This is a hard one for me, so bare with me.

    • Simple Plan
    • My Chemical Romance
    • Green Day
    • Black Veil Brides
    • Marianas Trench

    Those are just a few of my most favorites though. These are the ones I listen to the most on my iPhone. So, what about you? What are your top five favorite bands of all time? :O

    Honorable Mention: Lindsey Stirling and Eminem - they're both technically not bands, but Lindsey produces some absolutely beautiful music on the violin (with some snazzy dance moves also). If you ever get some time to look her up, I highly recommend it. And of course, Eminem is just a lyrical genius when it comes to music; he spurts out such genuinely effective rhetoric and does an amazing job with sentence structure.
     
    I came up with nine, but I guess I could cut that in half lol. Land of Talk is my favorite band, the other aren't in any particular order.

    Also on the list would be; Within Temptation, Egypt Central, Five Finger Deathpunch, Skillet, Red, Ashes Remain, Breaking Benjamin, Secondhand Serenade, Linkin Park,The Birdsongs, Def Leppard, Bon Jovi, Demon Hunter, Green Day, Nine Lashes, Papa Roach, Chevelle, The Red Jumpsuit Apparatus, 30 Seconds to Mars, The Offspring....

    I actually don't listen to too many bands. I just jump from singer to singer. :p

    I guess my favourite band is probably Coldplay. I really like Clocks, Paradise and the rest of their songs. Really catchy in my opinion. Other bands I've enjoyed include Train, Empire of the Sun, Muse, Fallout Boy, The Black Keys and Matchbox Twenty. Those are the only ones that come to mind right now. I guess Snow Patrol, Arctic Monkeys and Imagine Dragons aren't half bad either. :D
     
    I myself don't have any real favorite bands per se, either.

    But if I had to choose one, Dream Theater. Their songs are long, but many of them have such creative arrangements of instrumentals. Especially their newer stuff like Systematic Chaos, Black Clouds and Silver Linings, and their self-titled release. Such is the beauty that is progressive metal.

    I also like Cerebral Ballzy and The Black Keys. I guess Biffy Clyro, Vampire Weekend and Green Day are alright too.
     
    My main taste in music is:

    • 01 - Skyforger - Folk Metal from Latvia
    • 02 - Týr - Viking Metal from Faroe Islands
    • 03 - Korpiklaani or Ensiferum - both are Viking Metal from Finland
    • 04 - Skálmöld - Viking Metal from Iceland
    and the last one I had such a hard time deciding between:
    • 05 - Arkona (Russian Folk Metal) or Amon Amarth (Melodic Death Metal from Sweden) or Ásmegin (Viking Metal from Norway)
