Well here is the thing: Here we'll decide the best of the year got it? But of any anime or manga (including Pok?mon) Well here are the choises...

1. Best Anime: Here you'll decide for your best anime/manga
2. Best song: Here the best song of an anime (not necesary to be the best anime)
3. Best history: Here the anime with the best history
4. Best OVA (or Special): Here the best OVA of an anime (there are not OVa on the manga)
5. Best Male character: Here the best male character of an anime (must be a main character)
6. Best female character: Here the best female character (a main character)
7. Most beautiful character (Male): Here goes the most beautiful male character
8. Most beautiful character (female): Here goes the most beautiful female character
9. Best secondary character: Here goes the best secondary character (for example the best friend of the main character)
10. Best Villian: Here is the best villian of any saga (just one fro the anime and one for the manga)
11. Best Pet: Here goes the cutest pet of an anime or a manga
12. Best Manga: Here goes the best manga of all
13. Best Movie: Here goes da best movie of an anime (there are no movies of a manga i think >_>)
14. Most developed Character: Here goes the most developed character

Basically this is the character that either changed the most or has the most incentive to do what they do. This can be a hero or villain or secondary character.
