    Nevada Tournament+League Schedule! EX TRR Prerelease and Special Halloween Tournament

    As the League Leader Cheese Boy Comics I am happy to announce that the Pre-Release will take place at Cheese Boy Comics on Warmsprings and Spencer. All prerelease info can be found on www.ptegames.com. It is curantly dated to take place on October 30th at 11am with a $20 entry fee that gets you 6 packs of the new Team Rocket Returns set, which is the same day that Cheese Boy will have $1 League play and our $3 Special Halloween Darkness Tournament. I hope to see all my regular League players and the rest of our Pokemon players in Nevada there.

    The tournament on October 30th at Cheese Boy Comics on Warmsprings and Spencer will start right after the prerelease is over, and will be the Unlimited Darkness tournament. Since it will be the day before Halloween we will have a special tournament format, I heard that one of the other league locations is doing a only Psychic Pokemon tournament, so ours will be a little different. The rules are fairly simple, you will only be able to use Dark types and there non Dark previous stages for your Pokemon(so you can still play guys like Eevee and the fire type Houndour provided you play there Dark type evolutions). You Darkness energy will count as a basic energy for this tournament, however they will not do the extra 10 damage. The tournament will cost $3 to enter and there will also be league play for $1 during the tournament.

    Edit to Darkness tournament format.

    We're less than a week away from the TRR prerelease and Darkness Tournament! 2 things have been changed in regards to the Darkness tournament:
    1. Players may choose to have 4 Darkness energies in there deck count as the Non-basic kind that add the 10 damage.
    2. Players will be required to register there deck and the winning will be posted here and on Pokegym.
    Apparently the new set will be legal since some players may not be able to make legal decks unless they are allowed to use cards from the new set.

    Well as long as you remember the basics you'll do fine and since it's sealed you'll get all the cards you need at the event anyway. Also there are usaully other players that would be willing to help those that havn't been playing for a while get used to the new rules if anyone need it.
