4th Gen toxic spikes question

    I laid down toxic spikes twice, and when I killed the pokemon the next one didnt even get poisoned, I thought he was supposed to be badly poisoned.
    I've been a noob since the release of ruby and saphirre

    Those toxic spikes are cool, as long as you don't "experiment" anally with them.
     
    Yeah but it would be nice if toxic spikes actually badly poisoned the foe. Although to get a steel or poison type, you'd need twinneedle.
