Ok. This may be a stupid ? (and mods, I DID look for the answer, couldn't find it...) but my friend has FR/LG. Now, we both want Deoxys. Would it be possible to trade him (or any other Pokemon for that matter) OVER to my game, then without saving, turn the game off, and go back and battle Deoxys (or any other Pokemon) so my friend can have it to? Or did Nintendo anticipate this and put something in the keep you from doing that (and therefore, keeping Deoxys, etc. from being too common?)

well no that wouldnt work because when u trade, it automatically saves anyway. if both of u want it, then use gameshark or AR. but i dont think u can get deoxys twice by trading.

No, since Golden Groudon14 said, the game automatically saves to prevent such things from happening :P Now that the question's been answered, post can be closed.
