Personaly I think it might be a hint at Gen. V (there are going to possibly be some in the 13th movie.)

So what do you think it is?

It's not a very clear image, but in some way it looks like a kabutops to me.

It's an Elekid, if you look at it very closely.

I dont think its an elekid it has rings around its eyes and somthing right in the top of its head in-between what apper to be ears
