Umbreon EV Spread?

I'm open for suggestions for the fourth attack, however here's what I'm planning. Due to me not having the time to raise the happiness on an Eevee during night, I used an AR to catch a level 5 Umbreon (thus why no Baton Pass) and I want to know a decent EV spread and a good 4th move. The goal is to quickly use Toxic and Mean Look while using a healing skill to keep Umbreon alive for a real offensive attack.

mmm a good fourth move can be like Faint Attack since you're not breeding and teaching it new moves, faint attack never misses, so it can help. But also Return can cause decent damage.

I'd EV it out in : 252 HP / 252 Def / 4 Sp. Def
OR
252 HP/ 252 Sp. Def / 4 Def

Nature : Impish -Sp. Atk + Def
Careful -Sp. Atk + Sp. Def

no toxic.. toxic fails.. only time you want toxic is when you use toxic spikes.

-taunt/curse

ev's and nature depend whether you want physical or special wall. physical walls aren't too great because it's so weak to close combat and other fighting moves.

I have an Adamant natured Eevee that I was thinking about turning in to Umbreon.

These setups look very nice I might try it my self
