Gamefreak should make a game were all of the regions (Jhoto, Kanto, and Hoenn) combine! You should start out like Yellow and get a Pikachu that follows you! Blue/Gary (whatever you want to call him) would be your rival. Then beat all of the Gym leaders and get all 3 starter Pokemon (Squirtle, Charmander, and Bulbusaur) from people you talk to in cities, and continue to the next island. There you will start out like gold and silver and pick a starter Pokemon (Cintaquille, Totodile, or Bayleaf) and go get the Togepi egg (as you would in gold or silver). When you come back, another rival named ??? (also like in gold and silver) and battle him. Before you battle, he will say ,"If you beat me, ill give you back the Pokemon I stoll from the Lab!" When you beat him, he would say ,"Woops! I Lied! I do that a lot! I'll give it to you if you become the Pokemon League Champion! HAHAHA!! LATER!!!" Then, you would get all of the badges and go to the Hoenn region. There, you will pick ,yet, another starter Pokemon (Torchic, Mudkip, or Treeko) and meat Brendan and May were you would normally find them in the beginning to battle him/her for the first time on Route 103. Instead of battling May if your a boy or battling Brendan if your a girl, you will battle them both in a double battle (they will have good Pokemon because you could have a Level 100 Pokemon that you got in the very beginning, but they'll have, like, at least level 35 Pokemon and at most level 50 Pokemon.)
Brendan would have 3 Pokemon (one would be a Hoenn starter) and May would have 3 Pokemon (one woud be a Hoenn starter). For examle: lets say you picked Torchic for your Hoenn starter, Brendan would have Mudkip and May woud have Treeko (or the other way around.) There will still be two Pokeballs on the table at the lab with the two Pokemon you didn't pick, thought. You would get all of the badges and go to the Elite Four. After beating the final Trainer of the Elite Four, you will be taken into a room (much like Steven in Ruby and Sapphire, and Blue/Gary in Blue, Yellow, and Red) with Blue/Gary (or whatever you named him), and ??? (or whatever you named him) waiting for you in there. You will double battle them and ??? would have two of the Pokemon he started out with. When you beat them for the first time, ??? would day ,"What! You beat me again? How? Thats impossible! Were the Pokemon Masters! Awww, take this, like I said a while ago! I have two anyway! Here, take the one I hatched from an egg!" When you go through the Hall of Fame an the Credits and everything, you will appear back at the very start! You'll be in your bed. Your mom will come up and say ,"(Your name), (Your name)! Wake up! I want to show you something! You follow her downstairs and Brendan, May, and all of the professors from all of the regions are waiting for you! They all give gifts! The professors from the gold and silver region will give you the Pokemon left over at the Lab (you have the one you picked and the on ??? gave you!) Then, the professor from Hoenn will give you the two Pokemon that were left over! Then Prof. Oak gives you a Masterball. Finally, May gives you a Masterball and Brendan gives you a Masterball. The three Masterballs would be for Ho-oh, Lugia, and Mewtwo. Plus, you get the Masterballs from Silph Co. , Team Rocket (insted of obtaining it from the base team Magma or team aqua in the Hoenn region, Team Rocket would be in the base with the masterball), and from were ever you get it in gold and silver. You would have all the cool features that are in some games but not others like day-time, night-time and a cell-phone (in gold and silver) and Pokemon fighting stances like in Emerald and Crystal (the fighting stances are the movements Pokemon make when they are 'Chosen' to go onto the field. THAT WOULD BE THE BEST POKEMON GAME (FOR HAND-HELP SYSTEMS) EVER!!!!!!!!!
