    where can i find up-grade... my friend has one and i asked him where he got it and guess what he said: "I forgot" ?_?
     
    Ok you find it in the Rocket hideout. But next time, please use simple questions :D
     
    this should have been asked simple questions :\ you can get it by winning in the pkmn tower and the rockey hideour or warehouse i forget
