    have just done the galatic hideout and released mespirit and the others and then headed 4 mount coronet but i think i need waterfall to get any further i think it is in sunnyshore city,
    but that stupid guy is in the way how do u make him go

    no, there is another entrance to that part of the cave.. when you're outside go way west and take the entrance there.. you will take a bridge over the waterfall..
     
    Also, Waterfall is given after you beat the final Gym, by Jasmine (the cute little girl north of Sunnyshore, right before the route to Victory Road).

    And don't worry, Mount Coronet confused me the first time too. With the new 3D graphics, small caves to the side can be hard to see. :\
     
    Uhm...you get waterfall from Jasmine in Sunnyshore City after you beat the gym leader.
