I'd split the EVs: 252 HP, with the remaining make the defenses as equal as possible

Its quite a good UU team i think :)

I like sableye the way it is now... its defense is too crappy to try to tank both type of attacks. Choose with one, either defense or sp.def, and stick with it... use the nature to focus on one defense too.
