VBA Problem

    I am playing pokemon flora sky and I noticed that it is going too fast. I AM NOT using the spacebar to speed it up. I looked at the frame skip and throttle but that doesn't work. Help? Its not that sav file I started another game still didn't work
     
    I find that when I turn the music off in VBA I go about twice as fast as normal. If you have done this, rather than turning it off completely set it to mute as it won't affect the speed you play at.
     
    I just played through red on vba and it ran at about 600-800% when I first started but then I put on the throttle to 100% and it went normal speed. However I find going fast to be a good thing and started playing at 400% and found it quite fun and efficient
