Victini Box or Serperior Tin?

I'm getting either a Serperior Tin or the Victini Box. I collect figures and I like both. They both have the same amount of packs and a holographic promo card. Is there a different ratio for the cards?

Which one should I get?

I'm fairly certain the Serperior tin is the older of the two, so I'd go for that one first, since it's more likely to be harder to find later on.
