Man, it's been long. Well, at the constant bugging of DA, I've devided to make an RMT. It's kinda a team for fun, so don't take it too seriously, but adivice is nice.
Forretress-Shed Shell
Nature:Relaxed
EV:252 ATK, 252 SP.DEF
Pain Split
Payback
Stealth RockStealth Rock
Rapid Spid
Well, I do enjoy a good Forry. And in this generation, a steel type is almost mandatory. So he fit the bill just well. He's to help me stop threats like Weavile, Outraging morons, and crap like that. Advice from DA spoke of this EV spread as standard. To humor him, I put it on. I do like this, he's pretty tough to take down with Pain Split, I'm glad he got it.
Vileplume-Lefties
Nature:Calm
EV:
Teeter Dance
Aromatherapy
Stun Spore
Energy Ball/Giga Dran/Sludge Bomb/Epic Win
Two Words. AAAAAAWWWWWWW YEEAAAAAHHHH.
I cannot tell you how many headaches this poke has cause. Not that tough getting him in (an overly defensive poke, or even a slower one), and when he's in, he's extremely annoying. No, Teeter Dance stays. I mean, it's just so much fun. Now I know that Confusion is not a status you want to rely on at all. But it's impossible to undermine it as useless. With Stun Spore and Teeter Dance combined, it makes this poke all the more annoying to face. Nuthin' like having a Salamence with 2 DD's OHKO itself.
Torterra-Leftovers
Nature:Impish
EV:212 HP, 252 DEF, 44 SPE
Wood Hammer
Leech Seed
Earthquake/Stealth Rock
Protect/Stealth Rock
I really wanted to try out Torterra, and this set seems sound for the team. I had a Life Orb set, but that had no place with Swampert here at all. This should also cause some headaches. Thinking of squirming in some Stealth Rock to relieve Forry, I dunno. But switching into a Leech Seed isn't good for anyone. But me.
DA gave me the plan to use him as a SRer, so I will. So there.
Swampert-Choice Band
Nature:Adamant
EV:104 HP, 204 ATK, 100 DEF, 100 SPE
Waterfall
Ice Punch
Hamer Arm[/S]Earthquake
Stone Edge
Yes. Yes I do liekz u. I liekz u alot. He hits hard, covers much, and has the rare ability to look awesome doing it. He may as well be my main physical offense, taking out threats that are threatening to me. Yeah.
Mowtom-Choice Scarf
Nature:Modest
EV:252 SP.ATK, 252 SPE, 6 HP
Thunderbolt
Shadow Ball
Leaf Storm
Trick
I forgot all about the Rotom forms, and was itching to give this a try. Now my grass type theme is complete! I know I got the EV's wrong, is there a way to make it slightly more bulkier? Halp!
My old choice in the spoiler.
Flygon-Choice Scarf
Nature:Adamant
EV:
Thunderpunch
U-Turn
Draco Meteor
Earthquake
This is my revenge killer. You like? Well, who cares. Band doesn't have a place here as much as Scarf does. He's meant to come in on certain threats and take them out. No, he is not a primary threat, just something to check certain pokes.
Houndoom-Life Orb
Nature:
EV:
Overheat/Flamethrower/Fire Blast
Sucka Pawnch
Pursuit
Hidden Power [Ground]
Yup, it's a Houndoom. Haven't seen this in a while. Like Flygon, he's also meant to take out certain threats. That A-hole Celebii has nuthin on him. Not that it's his only job, however. He takes out many other pokes, those high powered, somewhat frail psychics that seem so strong. I love Sucker Punch.
Captain Falcon
Nature:Awesome
EV:HP/ATK/DEF/SP.ATK/SP.DEF/SPE=MAX
FALCON PUNCH
FALCON KICK
RISING PHOENIX
FALCON PUNCH
This is my trump card. Scratch that. He is my main team. To hell with the rest. As soon as he's in play, I win. No if, and, or buts. Hell, just me posting his name fulls me with win. He implores your pitiful pokes to show him their moves, right before their untimely demise.
That's my team. It's focal strategy, I guess, is to promote switching all around. To that end I may give Forry Spikes. But it punishes bad switching, while requiring spot on movement on my part. It's fun.
Please, unless it's a dire threat, don't theorymon me to death. It's unattractive.
CHANGES IN GREEN.
