3rd Gen voice/fame checker locations?

    hey, i need some help finding locations for the voice/fame checker. in case you didn't know, the voice/fame checker is a device given to you after you beat your rival in cerulean city. you are given a list of famous people on it that you have met or have heard about by reading "journals" in the game and it shows 6 people/journals/other stuff about the person. for instance, for professor oak, it displays a sprite of oak and something he said, some assistants and what they said and a journal. also, the sign outside his lab. what i need is a full CORRECT list of locations for each journal/person for everyone available on the fame checker. the list on Serebii provides locations, but some are incorrect or not precise, such as misty's journal. thanks for everyone who can help.

    AZ, did you not bother to read my entire post? i said serebii's is not precise. i have checked everywhere for misty's journal in cerulean city and it isnt there.
     
    serebii, then where is cerulean's journal? i can't find it anywhere. i'm not dissing your site at all, if thats what you think. in fact, i actually think it is one of the best site's on the net. i just can't find cerulean's journal and some fuschia stuff..i need the EXACT location. i have checked everywhere in cerulean for the journal, and it can't be found anywhere.
     
    yeah, i found it eventually. but the journal appears after u beat the elite four. in fact, most of them only appear after u beat them. you should put that on your site serebii (sorry if i am insulting)...
