2nd Gen Water Stone

Where if anywhere can i get one on gold version? I have gotten to blackthorn and gotten 8 badges yet still I cannot find one. Any help would be appreciated as this is driving me crazy!

I also would personally suggest cloning pokemon on this.. give the water stone to hold and clone a few times as only one of these are in the game >_<

You get the water stone in G/S/C by showing a Staryu to Bill's Grandpa in the Sea cottage (Bill's House). You should find it easily.
