Weird Celebi Card

I have a card that actually looks more like a 'credit' card. Don't know where I got it, or if it's fake or not. I've not been able to find anything on the Internet :/

It has the Celebi from Triumphant and it says it's number 022. It has a VIP and, below, a 'code' that starts with PK and follows with numbers. The back of the card has the info of the Triumphant Celebi. Pictures:

Does anyone know about it? Thanks!

That is weird. I can't find anything about it either, but the "No.022" makes me think it's fake (since Celebi is #251). The background art also doesn't appear to match the style of Celebi itself. If it was an official product, I'm pretty sure it would have the same background as the card (vines).

    Thank you :)

I think the "No.022" may refer to this type of card, because I know of the existence of another one like this with Mismagius on it. But that's all I know :(

Possibly, but I think most official cards that say "No." or "#" tend to be the National Pokédex number. It's like a Pokémon trademark. I've seen a few cards/stickers do otherwise, but they've always been fakes (like a #4 Aipom, #15 Mareep, and #1180 Growlithe).

First thing I thought of when I saw it was it looked like some part of a board game, like the electronic monopoly one. I know that there's a pokemon themed monopoly game but I'm not sure if there's an electronic version.

I don't think it's a fake trading card, rather it's part of either an official or fake product that uses these credit cards. Any idea where you got it from?

I found this video: https: //youtube.com/watch?v=kyU80o14yXM

The guy says that he couldn't find anything either, but he doesn't say where or how he got them.

But they seem kind of fake because I also found this on aliexpress: http: //aliexpress.com/item-img/Pokemon-vip-card-7-hard-plastic-card-1-5-Color/1766342460.html

They are kind of different but also have the VIP and numbers.

    It's weird though, lol

I have no idea, but I'm inclined to believe those are either bootlegs or Europe(?) exclusives. TPCI in Europe does things a little differently from TPCI in North America, and, as far as I'm aware, those were never a thing in North America.
