Shinobi of Konoha... GO! x.x I was searching around on Google and i found this thing, what people say is what Naruto looks like after the 3 year time shift thing... I haven't read up to that part yet, so bleh.

What? mused? Anyway Yea, I did kinda mess up, but I was just playing around with the effects, and the motion blur and all that crap.

Hmm personally, I feel that that effect doesn't apply to Naruto. The Konoha symbol should be more prominent... glow? Border...

Pft, how do you add a border? I've tried doing pixel by pixel but I can never actually draw it on. Help anyone?
