i noticed the t-dome is rated pg-13 by Master Kwesi
when i applied to enter Andy saided i needed to be 14?! how is that right?

Here is a quote from Kwesi's post.

In an effort to keep this new section afloat and unchecked flaming at a minimum we are allowing only members born before December 31, 1990 to participate in discussions (14 Years Old). To participate, qualifying members need to send a PM to any Administrator (Kairi), Praetors, or Super Moderator.

You started counting on 1990, you start at 91 and count to 04 from there.
91, 92, 93, 94, 95, 96, 97, 98, 99, 00, 01, 02, 03, 04. That is 14 there. So it's 14 years from 1990.
