(I'm writing up a basic introductory thread for the EOs section once we start signing them up. Let me know if there's anything I should add before that starts.)

Welcome!

Hey everyone! Congratulations on getting your event picked for the GT. You can use this section to create a thread for your event, flesh out details, test event CSS, request more EOs to help host your event, and to bring up any questions or issues with the GT management team. Feel free to reply to this thread with any inquiries and we'll do our best to help out!

Please keep in mind that this Event Organizers section is for your eyes only. Do not share details about the events or the theme with other PokéCommunity members who cannot see this forum. Suspicion of leaking may result in your Event Organizer status being revoked.

The Get-Together begins on September 16th. All event planning must be complete by then.

The Theme

The theme for this event is Harry-Potter-style houses! All participants will be assigned to one of the four houses listed below, by way of an alignment quiz that we're in the process of creating.

intelligence, adaptability

Gloria House
ambition, hardworking

Consortia House
bravery, brotherhood

Vestigo House
adventure, energy

Emblems...

... there aren't any this year.

In a nutshell, PokéCommunity is in the process of phasing out the emblems system as you've probably noticed over the past year. It will eventually be replaced by something new, but not in time for this Get-Together, so please don't promise any emblems to participants or winners of your events. Anyways, if your event is fun people should participate for the fun of participating, not for a virtual reward afterwards, right?
