3rd Gen were to find curse?

ok im hunting for curse to put onto my Snorlax in Fire Red. ive got Ruby also if that helps.

im wondering were i can find it in the game. any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok ? you want to find the tm curse right try going to the tower in laavender i think
