What are these unopened pokecard boxes worth?

What are these worth ? i put them out for sale with no price tag and everyone seems to panic about buying them?

Having a quick look at Amazon, it looks like some of these sets are worth about $20 US, depending on condition. I'm not an expert in the TCG though, so I'm move this thread over to our Pokemon TCG forum for you, since you might get better help over there.

I believe these are called "Base Set 2" if you are having trouble finding prices...They are pretty old so dont let anyone sucker you them with lowball prices...I would check at LEAST 3 different websites prices for them before you put a price on them. If they are opened which I just realized they might be, I think it takes away from the value but it does not change that they are old. Just make sure you have all the cards that are supposed to be in there so people dont think you are trying to scam them or any kind-of misunderstanding like that.


PS I know it says unopened but I wasnt sure so I just said it both ways to cover all bases.
