    Mine are:

    OS: Ash's victory against Brake
    AG: Ash's victory against Articuno and Regice
    DP: Ash's victory against Paul in the Sinnoh League and Dawn's victory against May.
    BW: The Club Battle, Clubsplosion and Junior Cup tournaments
    XY: The Team Flare arc
    SM: Ash's victory against Gladion and Kukui
    Journeys: The masters 8 tournament.
     
    My favourite moment in the anime is the episode where Charizard finally recognized Ash as its trainer.
    It used to disobey Ash so when it finally recognized Ash, I was overjoyed.
     
    Ash's Grovyle evolving into Sceptile and then having to relearn his moves.
    I think this was during Pokemon: Battle Frontier? Can't recall the exact series name off the top of my head.
     
    OS: Ash's win against Gary
    AG: May's win against Drew (though that episode was soiled by her getting destroyed by Solidad immediately afterwards)
    DP: Ash's league win against Paul (not counting the ring competition thing, also Ash really should have won the Sinnoh League)
    BW: Cynthia and Dawn returning
    XY: When it ended
    SM: Ash FINALLY winning a league
    Journeys: Iris vs Cynthia at the Masters Eight
