Because its an event pokemon + it gives you a lvl 1 Dialga/Palkia/Giratina in HGSS + it is lvl 100, I'd say you could get a TRU Regigigas, you can get maybe 3 or 4 shinies, depending on who you're trading with. A Shaymin or Darkrai would also be good, but make sure it is NOT hacked! Have fun with your Arceus while you can!
