Ummm, what exactly are you looking for here? A Lv100 Pichu is incredibly weak. Having two Electric-type attacking moves (Volt Tacle and Thunderbolt) is never a good idea. Pichu cannot even learn Headbutt, so you obviously cheated anyway. For all things, a Pichu.

This topic doesn't matter anyway. Who in the known world would train a Pikachu to Lv. 100? Its pointless.

Netbattle... Pikachu is an amazing pokemon. It is on my team in UU and with Light Ball and Teeter Dance it makes a wicked Sp.Sweeper

Oki, so this are the stats of a lvl 100 Pikachu with a neutral nature and equipped with a Light Ball:
Sp.Attack: 398
Speed:279
And these are for a level 100 Kyogre with a neutral nature:
Sp. Attack: 399
Speed: 279
Even you can compare that. These stats were taken from Serebi. No EVs included.
Special Sweep What?? Pikachu RULZ.

I forgot about Light Ball. Though all the EVs should go into Special Attack and Speed.
