Stone Edge is a total waste on Glsicor and does absolutely nothing to help it at all. Its biggest asset is its fighting resistance and Dusknoir already does that better so why bother? IMO you need a steel wall here or perhaps a different bulky ground.

Edit in bold. also Glsicor without Roost sucks and it always will.

IMO you need something like Forretress to Rapid Spin over Gliscor. Also a special wall is needed, there are several to choose from.

I second Anti on Forretress.. you need a Weavile counter, in case yours loses the speed tie, because your entire team is Weavile weak.

Blissey can fit in here as your special wall.

Yes,you need ice Shard or Scarf Chomp and Dragon Dancers says hi, also Aerial Ace is pure fail, you need Night Slash for stuff that will stay in when they expect a pursuit, Cressy, Celebi etc.

252 SPEED = Overkill, give it 216 to outrun Sceptile, Zam and Duggy. 40 HP Evs allow you to switch directly into an unboosted Azewlfs Flamethrower and live and also survive a Modest choice Specs starmies Surf =)

yeah, so many 252/252 spreads, run some speed numbers to see what you need to hit. 240 gives 330 speed, 333 with 252 speed evs does nothing but waste evs when they could be put in better places, namely hp.
