    What Kind of Games have you played that have your favorite kind of music in it? I like FF8 it has some Machinish-Techno Music :) Very Cool, and Sims Superstar, Also has Techno in it. What about you.
     
    The best music? Definitely Fire Emblem.....and not to mention M&L:SS and Paper Mario! This next one is rather unfair, but The Lord of the Rings: the Return of the King. That movie/game has the best music that my ears have had the pleasure to hear!......

    I like the midis from Battletoads vs. Double Dragon, Final Fantasy X, X2, Pokemon, Need for Speed 2, Civilization 3, SimCity. Most games I've played have cool midis, but I don't know about their songs... =/

    I agree! ^_^ I want Playstation just because they have all the GOOD games...but, I made my decision too soon on Christmas two years ago to get a Gamecube. I love Kingdom Hearts' theme "Simple and Clean" and Final Fantasy X and X-2's songs.
     
    Definately Kingdom Hearts. In fact the theme song, Simple and Clean, is my ultimate favorite song of all time! o_O So yeah, that's my pick. I can't decide between the original and remix version though, they're both so good.
     
    ok there is a long list but i'll just choose a few ok sonic adventure battle 2 kingdom hearts zelda all games final fantasy all of them super smash bros melee and playstation 2 is not better than a gamecube gamecubes rule u just have to get the right games playstation have alot of good games as well though like final fantasy kingdom hearts all racing games suck
     
    kingdom hearts the ending song...hum, mostly squaresoft stuff. =D i also like the music in chrono cross~!!! squaresoft music is good.
     
    CHRONO CROSS has the most AWESOME music ever. Yasunori Mitsuda is a genius. I have go out and buy the OST someday. ^^;

    Then again, the old-school Fire Emblem games have pretty memorable music. Or the Kirby games. And, of course, the Mario games. What else can put a smile to your face when you hear a song that you haven't heard since you were what, five? ^_^

    Anyways, other games' music that I like include the Final Fantasies, Tetris Attack/Panel de Pon, and Earthbound. Yeah, I know EB's music is a bit quirky, but who can forget the battle music with the New Age Retro Hippie? =D
     
    I adore CC?s music, I love the OST. What?s your favorite track?
     
    It's pretty hard to decide, since all the tracks are excellent. :]

    However, I would probably have to go for either the "Reminiscence" piano theme. It just pops up so many times in the most memorable moments, it's hard to not like it.

    But, of course, one of the songs high on my list is the "Optimism" track. It's just so adorable! =D
     
    *heard the CC OST before... but too hard to like the OST of a game without seeing the OST in action- in what Squaresoft/company thinks the OST fit best... Seeing the OST in action, witnessing how it affects that particular scene certainly affects how Frosty rates an OST...*
