Well o.o Maybe if you check wikipedia you can see if they're both the same Voice Characters. And yes the do sound a like and they even look alike in a weird way.
 
Wouldn't surprise me at al. I've noticed that about a lot of characters, especially the girls as there is one for brock each episode! The voice cast often do many characters each to cut down on costs.
 
It's the same actress: but in 04-05, she changed her surname for professional reasons.

I'll let this go for anyone else who wants to compare other characters with same voice actors. And go after Liza Ortiz as, with the exception of Sabrina, every other characters of her sounds her Slayers voice (i.e., her main voice).
