I'm going to go with most everyone else and say Windfall Island...there's just so much to do there.
And why would you want to be on Windfall if you want to be close to ChuChus, Casty? Might as well build a house on Paw Print Island and live among them! =P

I'll live in the Forsaken Fortress! 20 dollars a night, a small cage I could live in, security guards everywhere, and every wednesday is donut day! How could you get any better then that, hehe...
I would probably say Windfall. Outset is nice in all, but a little too quiet for my liking. Plus, there's such a diversity in people, so you never get bored.
Runner-up is Forsaken Fortress, hehe...

put tree pigs against the big pig....he will eat them!and is hard to survive in a battle of 1000 swings against orca!ganon is K.Oed easily!okay,it is fun fight an unterminable battle vs ganon,but orca is still better! outset has a big cliff to plane with a deku leaf or simply jumping to death...
