    Hmm. Let's say you have a couple of Ho-oh and lugia and kyogre lying around in sapphire. do u think it would be a good idea to bring em over and start EV trainin em?
     
    No, not unless you only want to use them for friendly battles. Most competitive battling people hate legendaries, and worse than legendaries are ubers, i.e. Kyogre, Lugia and Ho-oh.
