whatever happened to the GS ball?

    seriously, i waited most of my little kid life to see what it was for but i missed the episode when they deliver it? do they ever figure it out or is it just one of the many open ended plots that they failed dismaly to comlete?

    Apparently, the writers stopped caring before its purpose was revealed. Oh well.

    Back in Season Three in the episode "Gettin the Bug's Out", this was when Ash was going for his second johto badge. He met Kurt the Poke'ball expert. Ash left the GS Ball with Kurt, but we never heard from about the GS Ball since o.o'. Who knows, maybe the side journey after the main D/P episodes are over maybe they'll go on a quest to discover it, lol may might join for that lol.
     
    The GS ball was just a plot device to have a reason to go to the Orange Islands and Johto.

    i completely forgot about the gs ball myself, i thought the makers did too
     
    Well, what the GS Ball is REALLY for is to make Celebi come out in the Ilex forest shrine, I think. Or at least that's what I THINK it did in the Japanese versions where you had to download Celebi via Cell Phone.
