on the SAT, if you can't narrow it down, you're supposed to leave it blank. you lose points if it's wrong, get points if it's right, and nothing happens if you leave it blank. (just fyi). but on standardized tests where it doesn't matter if you guess (cuz if it's blank it gets marked "wrong") i normally go with B. on the ACT i was running out of time on the reading section, so my last 12 answers were B *sweat drop...* i got a 28 though... so it must not have been too off.

Well...knowing me, if it was lined up like ABCDE, then I would choose the second from the right. That is just how I work, so I'd choose D. ^^;;;
