What's up with Ash???

I dunno if anyone else has noticed it, but I saw Ash getting ticked off at many thing in this new season of Pokemon: Advance. First, there was Max, which was understandable of course (losing in the second round of the victory tournament. :p), then there was the yelling at May. He also got really angry at the fact that he lost to Brawley, but Ash has lost many gym battles before, right? The most recent event was with James of Team Rocket. I mean, comon, Team Rocket has chased Ash and friends for, like what, 2-3 years already? And all of the sudden, Ash seems really touchy about almost everything! Can anybody tell me how this could have occured??? I think it has something to do with Misty...
